Return Policy

1. Eligibility:

You may return any item purchased from Vimal Diamond within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and certificates.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made jewelry, engraved items, and pieces that have been altered or resized are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

Step 1:

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Step 3:

Securely package your item, including all original packaging and certificates, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package

Step 4:

Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Processing Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the item you wish to exchange, we will process your new order and ship the replacement item to you. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, our customer service team will provide instructions on how to pay or receive a refund for the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.
